Joyst

ABOUT JOYST

Built for teams tired of fragmented AI knowledge

Joyst started inside Herdl, where AI skills and MCP access lived in individual tools and heads. It is now the product for any organisation that needs a shared, governed catalogue.

THE PROBLEM

Capability without a catalogue is invisible

  • Knowledge sticks to people

Specialists invent skills in Claude or Cursor; nothing captures that work for the next person in the same role.

  • No inventory of MCPs

Teams reconnect the same tools, miss what already exists, or expose sensitive connections too widely.

  • No safe publishing path

Without draft/publish and permissions, sharing a skill means hoping nobody breaks production workflows.

What Joyst is — and is not

Joyst is a multi-tenant catalogue and management layer for AI capability: skills, prompts, agents, MCP connections and tools, and secrets. It gives organisations one place to see what they can do with AI, who can access it, and how it should be used. Joyst is not an MCP proxy or gateway. It does not sit between an agent and a live third-party tool call. It is not a public skill marketplace. Agents remain responsible for connecting to the tools they need; Joyst keeps the organisation’s source of truth alongside that work. The application lives at dash.joyst.app. This website is where we explain the product, share thinking on the blog, and publish legal notices.
