Joyst

Terms and conditions

Last updated: 14 September 2026. These terms govern access to www.joyst.app and the Joyst application at dash.joyst.app. Joyst is a product associated with Herdl. Contact: hello@joyst.app. Entity name, registered address, and governing details are subject to legal review and may be updated.

The service

Joyst provides a multi-tenant catalogue and management layer for organisational AI capability (including skills, prompts, agents, MCP connection metadata, and secrets). Joyst is not an MCP proxy for third-party tools. Features may evolve; we will not knowingly misrepresent current capability on this site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account via Clerk on accounts.joyst.app. You are responsible for activity under your organisation and for keeping credentials secure. Organisation admins control invites and org-level settings.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt other tenants.

  • Do not upload unlawful content or secrets you are not entitled to store.

  • Do not use Joyst to circumvent security or privacy obligations you owe to others.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to provide Joyst. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Confidentiality and secrets

Encrypted storage does not remove your responsibility for classifying and sharing secrets appropriately. Org-shared secrets may be visible to other members of your organisation according to product rules.

Intellectual property

Joyst branding, software, and site content (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Marketing pages are informational and not professional advice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for Joyst in the twelve months before the claim (or £100 if no fees were paid).

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the service, or legal requirement. You may stop using Joyst at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
