Joyst

HOW-TO

Invite users

Invite people into your organisation as members. Membership is separate from asset sharing — seats and plan limits live on pricing.

MEMBERSHIP

Invite people to your organisation

  • Organisation membership

An invite adds someone to your organisation — they become a member of the tenant that holds the private catalogue.

  • Not asset share tiers

Invites are not the same as private, group, or org share on a catalogue asset. Share tiers stay on the sharing guide.

  • Invite later is fine

You can set up the workspace and add assets first, then invite teammates when you are ready.

INVITE FLOW

Invite flow

  • Open invite

Open the invite flow for your organisation from the product.

  • Add people

Add the people you want to join — typically by email or identity your org already uses.

  • They join

When they accept, they join the organisation as members with catalogue access under your seat limits.

  • UI may vary

Exact labels and placement can change by release. This guide stays high-level — no invented Settings paths or button names.

SEATS

Beta seats and pricing

  • Limited open beta

Joyst is in limited open beta. Seat and plan detail belongs on pricing — that page is the source of truth.

  • Free up to 20 users

During limited open beta, pricing states free for teams of up to 20 users. Confirm the latest wording on pricing before you plan a large rollout.

  • Not free forever

There is no free-forever promise. Pricing will change when beta ends — see pricing for beta terms.

CONTRAST

Membership versus asset sharing

  • Membership

Who belongs to the organisation and can use the private catalogue under your seats.

  • Asset sharing

Who can view, use, or manage a specific skill, prompt, MCP, secret, or agent — private, group, or org.

  • Use both deliberately

Invite members when you want people in the org. Share assets when you are ready to grant access to catalogue items.

Invite users FAQ

No. Invites create organisation membership. Asset share tiers (private / group / org and view / use / manage) are documented on the sharing and permissions guide.

Yes. Set up the workspace and add assets first if you prefer, then invite teammates when you are ready.

On pricing. During limited open beta, pricing states free for teams of up to 20 users. That page is the source of truth — do not treat this how-to as a price lock.

UI labels may vary by release. This guide stays at a high-level verified flow — open invite, add people, they join — without inventing Settings paths or control names.

Create your workspace first, then return here to invite members. The resources hub lists related how-tos.
